Technical Features:

Mains Voltage : 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, AC.

Rated Test Voltage : 110V or 440V selectable by switch.

Burden : 25VA/phase.

Creep Test Voltage : 121V or 484V

Test Current : Continuously variable 0-5 A.

Burden : 30VA/phase.

Starting Current : 5mA and 25mA.

Phase Angle : Adjustable to any value between 0-3600 by coarse and fine control.

Phase Shifter : With coarse and fine control to adjust power factor. Capacity-100VA.

Metering : 3 nos. Ammeter, 1 no. Voltmeter with selector switch, Phase angle meter

Indication : Mains on, Test Voltage range selection, Phase sequence.

The mains input supply is connected to input socket through mains input cable of length not less than 3m. Mains supply is fed through ON/ OFF switch.

Three auto transformers along with a rotary switch are provided in the output side which will enable selection of rated test voltages and 10% over voltages required for creep test.

Different current ranges will be available through the corresponding output terminals from tapped secondary winding of the current loading transformers in conjunction with a rotary switch.

Independent current control will be provided in all the three phases.

Phase shifter will have built-in phase angle meter having digital read out mode and phase selector switch. Instrument Accuracy: 2.5%

General Arrangement:

The complete circuitry will be housed within a nice looking sheet steel cubicle with hinged and detachable lid. All the meters, regulators, indicators input output terminals will be mounted on the horizontal panel, which can be approached by opening the top lid.
