Automatic High Current Load Cycle Test Set

This Automatic High Current Load Cycle Test Set is divided into two major units such as Automatic AC High Voltage Test Set and Automatic Low Voltage High Current Injection Set.
This Automatic Control Unit enables the operator for injecting high current at pre-programmed set current into the cable. Users are able to select the number of ON-OFF Cycle, duration of OFF & ON Time and temperature for the complete monitoring of the system. This is maintained at pre-programmed level between the shielding and cable conductors.

Control

This microcontroller based Control Unit is designed for the Test Operation that includes test temperature, test cycle, programmable test current, test duration, automatic motorized voltage regulator, etc. In the Test Set-up, a) Automatic & b) Manual set ups are available.

Current Limiting Relay, Fuse, Door Closed Interlock, Isolation Transformer, Zero Start Interlock, Regulator Over Run, Earth Fault Interlock, Over Temperature, Fast Tripping Relay, Emergency Push Button and Over Current.
